Beijing Yuanjia Law Firm was established in 2006 with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. Its head office is in the Beijing CBD, and it is one of the earlier specialist firms of its generation. Core practice areas are traffic-accident disputes, marriage and family matters, property management, and corporate advisory work.
The firm's Chinese name, Yuanjia, derives from the classical phrase tian yuan di jia — "only first will do".
This team
The international family law team handles complex marriage and family matters, including family wealth planning, reconciliation, mediated and expedited divorce, litigated divorce and large-asset division, company equity division, post-divorce property disputes, cross-border divorce, inheritance and family property partition disputes, and private legal counsel.
